City Transformer is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Stefan Jacoby to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Jacoby is a globally recognized leader in the automotive industry, bringing with him extensive international experience and a proven record of driving innovation and transformation.
Over the course of his distinguished career, he has held senior executive positions at some of the world’s most respected automotive companies, including President and CEO of Volvo Cars, President of Volkswagen Group of America, and Executive Vice President at General Motors.
In addition to joining City Transformer, Mr. Jacoby currently serves as Chairman of the Board at battery tech company Sion Power, among other board appointments.
Mr. Jacoby brings to City Transformer decades of leadership experience, strategic vision, and a deep understanding of the evolving global mobility landscape. His appointment marks a significant step in strengthening City Transformer’s global presence and advancing its mission to redefine urban mobility through intelligent, compact, and sustainable transportation solutions.
