22 September 2022 – City Transformer has announced it will be part of the Mondial de l’Auto 2022, Europe’s leading automotive and mobility tech showpiece. The pioneering EV disruptor from Israel plans to take center stage at The Paris Motor Show by demonstrating the future of urban mobility: the all-electric shape-shifting CT-1 microcar.
Heralded as a mobility gamechanger for urban living, the award-winning CT-1 is the world’s first all-electric, two-seat, four-wheel, microcar that features proprietary technology that transforms the CT-1’s chassis in real-time and on the road to outsmart traffic and fit into tight urban spaces.
Media are invited to experience the CT-1 from behind the wheel as part of the Mondial de l’Auto’s ‘XXL test center’ program. Located directly from the entrance to exhibition halls 3, 4, and 6 at Porte de Versailles, the CT-1 at the XXL test center can be taken for a short urban drive of around 20 minutes on Parisian roads.
In addition to showcasing the CT-1, City Transformer will also announce major tech, design, and engineering collaborations at Mondial de l’Auto 2022.
City Transformer’s press conference is scheduled for 16.20 CET on 17 October 2022.
Sitting alongside the CT-1 at the core of City Transformer is the company’s bold vision to develop a unique mobility service business model that will further transition radical change across large and densely populated cities.
As part of its daring ‘Free Your City’ campaign, which will first be rolled out across European cities, City Transformer will tailor its ingenious mobility tech solutions so that they perfectly fit the requirements of a private, business fleet, public and commercial use, including the last-mile delivery market, in the process freeing densely populated urban areas of air pollution, traffic, and noise pollution.
The CT-1 is currently undergoing further honing and optimization on European roads in preparation for series production in 2024.
Dr. Asaf Formoza, Chief Executive Officer at City Transformer, said: “We are delighted to be playing a key role in the only international motor show in Europe this year. It is a fantastic opportunity to further demonstrate the CT-1 and our wider vision for urban mobility in one of Europe’s central hubs.”
